To register as an authorized user, of  dlbs techsupport, you must fill out and submit this form. Only registered users are allowed into dlbs techsupport. Enter your dlbs Account Number and a private password. Together these will be your "key" into dlbs techsupport from now on. This information will be kept in a registration database that is accessible only to the dlbs techsupport webmaster, not to ordinary users.

After you are successfully registered, your web browser will ask you to type in your dlbs Account Number and Password the first time you try to access dlbs techsupport. The browser will remember this information for as long as it continues to run, so you can access any document in  dlbs techsupport without being asked for it again.
